Not Included: Airfare to/from Congo Town (estimated at $600-700 pp), staff and guide gratuities
Saturday, March 30
Arrive South Andros (COX/TZN), Andros Island, Bahamas in the afternoon:
An Andros South Lodge representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the lodge, about a 25-minute drive. Once arrived, you will receive a brief introduction, get settled into your private accommodations, have dinner, and prepare tackle for the following day’s fishing.
Monday, March 31 – Thursday, April 3
Full days of guided fishing (two anglers per boat) on the flats of Andros from Andros South Lodge. You will enjoy a combination of wading flats and fishing from the boat. Factors such as weather, tides and bottom type may influence the most effective fishing method on any given day.
The typical daily schedule at Andros South Lodge:
5:30 AM – Wake up and coffee on
6:30 AM – Traditional American style breakfast, prepare lunch
7:30 AM – Van departs for dock
8:00 AM–4:30 PM – Fishing all day with lunch on the boat
4:3 0PM–5:30 PM – Cocktails & snacks
6:30 PM – Dinner served
Friday, April 4
After breakfast you will be transferred back to the Congo Town Airport in time to catch your flight.
*Note: If you are departing on a Sunday, it is recommended to book your departure flight in the morning versus the afternoon, as this is a day that sees more turn-over with anglers departing and arriving.
Depart South Andros (COX/TZN), Andros Island, Bahamas in the morning:
Included: Accommodations, meals and beverages including beer, wine and hard alcohol at the lodge, transfers between Congo Town airport and the lodge, all ground transportation on South Andros, fishing license, guided fishing (on a “willing to share” basis unless otherwise noted), limited loaner tackle, Bahamas VAT tax.
Not Included: All airfare, clothing, staff, and guide gratuities.
